June 8, 2018– In the news recently are the suicide deaths of Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain. Both were known to have been seeking therapy for depression and to have been prescribed antidepressants. In addition, Robin Williams was highly medicated, etc.
The black box FDA warning on antidepressants warns that the medications increase the risk of suicide. Suicide rates have skyrocketed. The CDC released a report that suicide is now an epidemic.
