In general news, in London, ISIS attacked again, just shortly after the Manchester music concert massacre. The terrorists drove a truck over pedestrians on a famous bridge, again. In the U.S., President Trump pulled out of the Paris Accord on climate change, and Tiger Woods’ pain pill addiction caused him to be arrested for DUI.

On the data front, Gilead’s (GILD) HIV drug bictegravir, and integrase inhibitor, matched the efficacy of already approved GSK drug Tivicay (dolutegravir).

From the FDA, Kite’s (KITE) CAR-T therapy advanced toward approval, keeping up with Novartis’ (NVS) efforts.
