 In general news, Iran saber rattles by seizing British oil tankers after the U.S. shot down an Iranian drone. The 50th anniversary of the moon landing was celebrated as still-living Mike Collins and Buzz Aldrin visited The White House. In politics, Pelosi and the Democrats failed badly as they first attempted to impeach, then “condemn”, President Trump.

In healthcare news, opioid overdose deaths fell for the first time in a decade. Meanwhile, Ebola spreads in Africa aided by corruption and conflict.

In healthcare business news, The Washington Post published a lengthy story on how the largest drug companies (McKesson (MCK), Walgreens (WBA), Walmart, etc.) all knowingly shipped 76 Billion opioid pills to areas of the country with small populations, dragging these distributors into the scandal and consolidated lawsuit. CVS entered the home dialysis market. JNJ, also on trial for opioids, reported earnings, as did Abbott (ABT), allowing the healthcare sectors to finally rally, sending the Dow over 27,000.
